Firestone UltraPly™ TPO membane is a flexible waterproofing membrane made of thermoplastic polyolefin (FPO) with polyester reinforcement.
It is available in widths up to 3,05m and is installed by heat welding the seams.
The combination of dimension and high quality heat welded seams result in a quick, easy and cost saving installation.
The TPO membrane does not consist of plastizers, is non-halogenated resulting in very important UV and ozone resistance.
It has high resistance to perforation and to weather conditions throughout its life.
Its light color surface reflects sunlight before it is absorbed from the membrane and turned into heat, in that way improving the energy efficiency of the building.
Compared to other single-ply membranes such as PVC, and EPDM, Firestone UltraPly™ TPO provides the benefits of all three materials in one.
